This beautiful condo is available year round for vacation rentals. It's located in lovely Wailea, on the Blue Golf Course with a view of the 7th fairway.

We started visiting Maui regularly in 2009. It quickly became our favorite place for vacations since it offers so much beauty and variety. Steve is an avid scuba diver. He counts his vacations success by the number of hours he spends under water. Rachel loves the beach, the ocean and the flowers. We've always rented condos from VRBO when we visit, but this year we finally achieved our dream and purchased a condo of our own to share with vacationers around the globe. We love the serenity of Wailea. It offers everything the bigger cities offer, but with elegance and charm and a bit more of a peaceful beauty. The Shops at Wailea are across the golf course, a short walk away. Beautiful beaches for boogie boarding, snorkeling, skim boarding, shore dives, sunbathing and just enjoying the ocean are less than 1/4 mile away. Joe's Bar and Grille is at the Tennis Club on site and there are many dining options walking distance or a short drive away. We'll happily recommend some of our favorite places to visit, the best charters for snorkeling and diving, and whatever else makes your vacation memorable. Our condo is located at the west side of the Grand Champions resort on the 7th Fairway. We have a lovely view of the golf course and the ocean through the trees. The sunsets from the lanai are magnificent. This unit is on the bottom floor so there are no stairs. The floors are tile in this beautifully decorated 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath unit. The appliances are brand new, as are all the dishes, pans and whatever else you may need to make this your home away from home, including a rice cooker, toaster, a blender and a brand new 12 cup coffee maker. We have the beds set up with 500 thread count pima cotton sheets for your comfort. The bedrooms are air conditioned and each has an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be combined and set up as a king bed if you prefer. We have cable TV and free wi-fi for our guests. The unit has beach towels, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a cooler for your drinks and snacks at the beach, and two boogie boards for guests to enjoy. We are big football fans. Steve, who grew up in Austin, Texas, roots for Dallas and when Dallas isn't playing the Seahawks, he'll root for them along side Rachel, a Seattle native. Therefore, we set up the condo with a 60" smart TV, so you never have to miss a big game, or squint at it on a small hotel sized TV. Even the bedrooms have wall mounted 48" smart TVs equipped with Netflix, Pandora and other apps that will make your stay meaningful. Our son convinced us to provide a Playstation 3. Just bring your own controller and games or rent games on Amazon and you can have a distraction free happy hour while the kids settle down for the evening. Grand Champions resort has two pools with hot tubs and plenty of BBQ grills poolside. We hope we have thought of everything you could possibly want/need on your wonderful Maui vacation.
